Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage patient inquiries, complaints, order processing, and modifications via phone, email, and chat. The role requires documenting interactions, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely patient satisfaction. Candidates must have fluent spoken and written English. Paid on-the-job training will be provided.
- Position: Full-time, in-person
- Location: Royal Plaza (near LDA Avenue Signal, Raiwind Road, Lahore)
- Shift: U.S. night shift, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM
- Salary: Rs75,00–Rs85,00 per month
