Job Description
H-Verse is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries regarding our products and services through multiple channels such as phone, email, and social media. You’ll deliver prompt information, resolve customer complaints, and ensure their concerns are adequately addressed. Key responsibilities include processing orders, tracking deliveries, updating customer information in our CRM system, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs80,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and this is an in-person role.
