Job Description
Gourmet Foods is actively looking for a committed Shrink Film & Stretch Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of shrink wrapping machines, with a preference for experience in 3-layer systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating your team to meet production targets while ensuring the highest quality packaging standards. You will be tasked with identifying defects and swiftly addressing any machine or packaging process challenges that may arise.
Applicants should possess a DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.
