Job Description

Golden Hawk Technologies is seeking a full-time, in-person Franchise Expansion Specialist based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM.

• Develop investor-ready franchise models and territory maps.
• Generate, qualify, and pitch investor leads; manage the franchise sales cycle.
• Coordinate Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance; launch B2B subscription offerings; represent the brand at events.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in B2B partnerships, subscriptions, or JVs; proven franchise sales or B2B business development background (real estate, facility management, home services, retail, or QSR); strong financial analysis, territory mapping, CRM and MS Office skills; excellent communication and negotiation; target-driven and willing to travel.

Salary: Rs100,00–150,00/month.
