Job Description
Family Builders & Developers is seeking professional, client-focused Real Estate Consultants. Open to enthusiastic freshers with 6+ months’ experience and candidates with 2–5 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Responsibilities: manage inquiries, conduct model briefings and site visits, handle bookings, documentation and CRM, follow up with buyers, and meet monthly sales targets.
- Requirements: strong verbal communication, basic negotiation skills, confidence, self-motivation, and familiarity with the local property market.
- We offer an attractive commission structure, sales training, on-the-job development, and clear career progression to Senior Consultant/Team Lead within a professional, supportive environment.
- Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs40,00–70,00/month. Location: In person.
