Job Description
Faisalabad Realtors seeks an energetic, goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, lead consultants, and accelerate property sales. This full-time, in-person role involves assisting strategy development, supervising and motivating the sales team, managing client inquiries and presentations, coordinating site visits, maintaining CRM leads, preparing performance reports, and supporting events.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–5 years sales experience (real estate preferred); strong communication, negotiation, CRM, and MS Office skills; local market knowledge; ability to meet targets; willingness to travel.
- Preferred: residential/commercial experience, valid driving license and personal vehicle.
- Salary: Rs40,00–Rs80,00 per month.
