Job Description
Fairways Logistics is currently seeking committed Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate information and addressing inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure. Responsibilities also involve assisting customers with inquiries, performing follow-up calls, and maintaining comprehensive records in our CRM system.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month in a dynamic work environment.
