Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is currently on the lookout for dynamic Customer Care Representatives to join our team in North Nazimabad. Ideal candidates should have exceptional communication abilities, especially in spoken English. Preference will be given to individuals with Excel skills and prior experience in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customer inquiries.
- Effectively meet customer needs and requirements.
- Manage and de-escalate interactions with unhappy customers skillfully.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in spoken English is preferred.
