Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a motivated and meticulous HR Intern to become a vital part of our team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding processes, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Support the onboarding process and documentation.
- Organize engaging activities for employee participation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
This is a three-month internship offering a stipend ranging from PKR 10,00 to 25,00 per month, with the possibility of a permanent position.
