Job Description
Dr. Ziauddin Hospital Clifton Campus is looking for a committed Medical Record Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Physiology, with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately code inpatient, outpatient, and daycare discharges in compliance with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS classifications.
- Update histopathology-coded charts on a daily basis.
- Monitor and code all medical record folders that remain uncoded the following day.
- Address and code any backlog discharges.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
