Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our USA-based campaign at Digitech Outsourcing Solution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and active listening skills, experience with Shopify and online stores, and preferably have prior call center experience. This role involves working rotational shifts on a weekly basis and requires proficiency in Excel, as well as a basic understanding of editing tools like Canva. Additionally, the ability to craft drafts and email templates is essential.
