Job Description
Derm Innovative is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead commercial initiatives for our dermatology portfolio across an assigned territory. You will be accountable for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists, delivering product presentations, implementing promotional campaigns, and collecting market and competitor intelligence. The role may include mentoring junior territory managers. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with significant dermatology doctor exposure. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a self-motivated, target-driven attitude, and the ability to work full-time, in-person are essential.
