Job Description
DEP LLC is seeking a Female Overnight Customer Support Representative to join our on-site Lahore team. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position working Monday–Friday night shifts. No prior experience required; full training will be provided. Compensation ranges from Rs35,00–Rs45,00/month. Female staff receive company-provided dinner and drop service, plus opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for the US market.
- Compose professional emails and correspondence.
- Use basic MS Office applications and AI tools.
Requirements: strong spoken and comprehension English, confident computer skills, responsibility, and a willingness to learn. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and one year of US customer support experience. On-site work only.
