Deal20one is on the lookout for a meticulous and responsible Order Confirmation Professional to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing incoming orders, verifying essential details, and communicating effectively with customers to ensure the utmost accuracy before collaborating with our operations team for seamless processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and confirm customer orders through phone communication.
• Verify order details, including items, quantities, and delivery addresses.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all confirmed orders.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills; prior experience in e-commerce or order handling is highly desirable.

Compensation: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as fuel allowances and medical support.
