Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, energetic Telephone Operator & Data Feeder for a full-time, in-person role. The successful candidate will manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally, maintain accurate call logs, and perform precise data entry, updates, and verification. Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, proficiency with MS Office, fast and accurate typing, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a customer-oriented demeanor are required. Intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Confidentiality and data integrity must be maintained at all times.
