Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high‑quality software. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, identify and resolve blockers, and promote a collaborative, results‑driven culture.
- Coach teams on Scrum practices and support ongoing process refinement.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years working in Agile/Scrum environments or relevant certification (CSM/PSM), excellent communication skills, a servant‑leader mindset, and experience with Jira or equivalent tools.
