Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is looking for a skilled Immigration Consultant to support clients with their immigration journeys for study, work, and permanent residency opportunities abroad. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of immigration regulations and a proven history of successfully guiding clients through intricate processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer current advice on immigration laws for countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa options and recommend appropriate immigration pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to relevant immigration authorities.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws.
- Guide clients on compliance obligations.
