Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be accountable for several key responsibilities, including:
- Daily Transactions & Bookkeeping: Accurately posting all daily transactions.
- Month-End Closing: Completing month-end closing tasks and generating clear financial reports.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory accounting to ensure accurate valuation.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conducting daily bank reconciliations to maintain the integrity of cash flow.
- Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R): Ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Financial Reporting: Producing insightful monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Organizational Skills: Maintaining an organized workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
