Job Description
We are seeking a Senior UK Taxi Dispatcher to oversee daily fleet operations, coordinate drivers, optimize routes, and ensure safe, punctual passenger service across the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, managing complex bookings, resolving escalations, liaising with operations and technical teams, and monitoring performance metrics to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Minimum 5+ years’ dispatch experience
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and routing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with dispatch software and shift supervision
