Job Description

Bright Ideas Communications is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative who is fluent in English to join our support team. This position involves assisting English-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in English through multiple channels.
