Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles is currently seeking a skilled Textile Finishing Supervisor to lead the finishing processes for a variety of fabrics, including Shafoon, lawn, cotton, and linen. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finishing operations.
- Optimize machine performance and enhance team productivity.
- Assess fabric quality in collaboration with the quality control team.
- Provide training to staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
