Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Associate to drive non-retail sales by engaging with the market and promoting our cutting-edge paint products. This position involves establishing new 3S centers and dealerships, nurturing dealer relationships, and monitoring industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in sales is preferred, particularly within the paint or automotive sectors.
Compensation: The role offers a competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00, in addition to performance-based incentives, allowances, and comprehensive benefits.
