Job Description
Benchmark School System seeks a full-time Early Years Urdu Teacher to report to the Campus Head/Academic Coordinator. Teach Urdu (speaking, listening, reading, basic writing) to young learners using play-based, student-centered methods. Plan lessons, assess progress, maintain records, and employ stories, rhymes, and flashcards to support language development.
Collaborate on curriculum, communicate regularly with parents, maintain classroom discipline, and participate in trainings and school events.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred), fluent in Urdu (spoken/written), early years/primary experience preferred, strong classroom management and communication skills, patience and creativity.
