Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a tech-savvy Dialer Assistant to ensure smooth operations of our outbound calls. Join our sales team and play a vital role in helping us achieve our daily objectives.
Position: Dialer Assistant
Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dialer systems and support sales operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to dialer performance and VoIP.
- Generate reports on campaign metrics and productivity.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience with dialer systems, knowledge of VoIP, and excellent communication skills.
