Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain customer information within our system.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English.
