Job Description
ABS International invites you to apply for the position of Branch Manager at our Karachi location. This full-time role demands commitment and strong leadership skills, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategies for branch growth and expansion.
- Lead a team of over 50 professionals in the banking and fintech sectors.
- Effectively manage the branch’s profit and loss.
- Ensure adherence to SECP/SBP regulations.
- Implement and oversee customer retention initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in banking/fintech.
- MBA or degree in Finance preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SECP/SBP regulations.
- Exceptional strategic decision-making abilities.
- Availability for evening shifts is essential.
