Job Description
ABS International is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi on a full-time basis. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to PKR 50,00 per month, with uncapped incentives for top performers, potentially exceeding PKR 100,00 monthly.
Your working schedule will be Monday to Saturday with Sunday off, and we offer flexible shift options from 6 PM to 6 AM PKT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Accurately maintain CRM records.
- Meet service quality standards and SLAs.
- Achieve designated performance targets.
Requirements:
- C1/C2 proficiency in English.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Availability for night shifts (Monday to Saturday).
