Job Description
Abendsoft seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative with excellent written and verbal English to manage customer emails and tickets promptly. You will resolve Shopify inquiries, maintain low inbox volumes, and respond within 12 working hours. Responsibilities include handling tickets professionally, applying critical thinking to retain customers, reporting complaint patterns, meeting daily email targets while preserving quality, and using Excel and ChatGPT.
- Requirements: Shopify experience and prior email-based support in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: On-site in Lahore (Johar Town), Monday–Friday plus one weekend day, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM. Full-time.
