Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is currently seeking a meticulous Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This role focuses on optimizing staffing, scheduling, and performance forecasting to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage employee schedules
- Monitor live queues and agent availability
- Analyze and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate effectively with HR and Operations departments
- Prepare comprehensive WFM reports
- Support headcount planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Workforce Management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis skills
