Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Customer Service Specialist to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. You will document interactions, follow established procedures, and escalate complex matters when necessary. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to work independently.
- Minimum: high school diploma; prior customer service experience preferred
