Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is looking for a committed Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to act as the main contact for our guests, ensuring they have exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Handle check-ins and bookings efficiently.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience in guest service roles.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
