Job Description
About Us: A-list Communication, located in Lahore, is a top provider of specialized communication and dispatch services. We are looking for a committed Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to improve our operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming calls, messages, radios, and CCTV footage.
- Dispatch security personnel and manage incident responses.
- Maintain precise logs and reports.
- Communicate fluently in English with clients.
- Track patrols and provide timely updates.
- Prepare handover notes for the succeeding dispatcher.
Requirements:
- Preferred prior dispatch experience.
- Fluent English communication abilities.
- Strong telephone etiquette is essential.
- Basic computer skills necessary.
- Able to work rotational shifts.
- Valid CNIC is required.
Location: Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore.
