Job Description
Wolfiz Solutions Pvt, Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with IT industry experience to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive HR operations, which include recruitment, maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, tracking attendance, and fostering employee engagement.
Your key responsibilities will involve managing employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, handling payroll data, and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of HR experience in the IT sector, proficiency in HRIS, as well as strong skills in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
