Job Description
LAPS School Franchise Head Office is urgently looking for a competitive Female Sales Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential markets for franchise expansion and developing strategies to attract new franchise partners.
Key responsibilities include generating leads through networking, events, online platforms, and cold calling; conducting market analysis and feasibility studies; and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a reputable school. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
Salary ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. This position requires in-person attendance.
