Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for our E-commerce division. This role involves facilitating effective communication and providing prompt support to our customers. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, overseeing order processing, and offering live chat assistance.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have relevant e-commerce experience (eBay knowledge is a plus). A personal laptop is required, and daily attendance at the office is mandatory.
Comprehensive training will be offered. We welcome applications from committed full-time candidates only.
Pay: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month
