Job Description

1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for dedicated and passionate Fresh & Experienced International Callers to reach out to our US clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions professionally while ensuring complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stay calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints.
• Keep detailed records using CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with teams to address issues.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus uncapped commissions and daily & weekly incentives, with pay up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
