Job Description
HMA Industries is currently seeking a committed Warehouse Officer to manage our Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying raw materials while ensuring accurate documentation and stock record maintenance. Additionally, this role involves monitoring storage conditions and issuing materials to the production departments.
In managing finished goods, the Warehouse Officer will conduct quality inspections, prepare items for dispatch, and coordinate logistics. Key responsibilities also include maintaining comprehensive documentation, implementing warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and providing safety training and record-keeping guidance to staff.
