Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a motivated female professional to join our team as a Churn Management Executive on a contract basis. This role is essential for enhancing customer retention and effectively managing churn within our retail and e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have stopped shopping or unsubscribed.
- Record the reasons for their disengagement.
- Provide valuable insights to management to improve customer experience.
- Prepare daily reports and present them to leadership.
- Efficiently manage follow-ups on assigned customer lists.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 – 35,00 plus commission.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills in Urdu and English; previous customer service experience is preferred.
