Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Bidder and Lead Generator. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects daily on Upwork, while also generating leads and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn outreach. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored proposals and pitch decks to acquire new projects, in addition to optimizing our company profiles for enhanced visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales or experience with freelance platform management. A strong grasp of Upwork bidding strategies and LinkedIn lead generation techniques is crucial. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft persuasive proposals are required. This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary of Rs50,00.00 per month.
