Job Description
Oven n Grill, a dynamic restaurant committed to outstanding customer service and top-quality meals, is looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate will efficiently manage incoming orders, support customers, and liaise with our kitchen and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders through phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Address inquiries related to the menu and existing orders.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep detailed logs of customer interactions.
- Professionally handle and resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or order management.
- Strong communication skills in Urdu and English are highly desirable.
