Job Description
We are looking for committed Call Agents to enhance our customer service and streamline order processing at our grocery store. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer calls, processing orders efficiently, coordinating timely deliveries, and supervising our rider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and take orders
- Conduct outbound calls for order confirmation
- Ensure precise order processing
- Oversee delivery coordination
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in customer service. Strong communication skills in Urdu are essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
