Job Description
The Skin Xperts is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide updates on order status.
- Promote products and drive sales efforts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level.
- Languages: Proficient in Urdu and conversational English.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
The salary range is Rs 30,00 – Rs 40,00 per month, located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
