Job Description
Hashage Ltd is currently looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Project & Digital Marketing Manager. This role encompasses overseeing daily operations, facilitating effective communication with clients, and spearheading our internal team to provide outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs with urgency.
- Manage the social media and marketing teams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Assign tasks and track team progress.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns by liaising with clients to comprehend their objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and produce timely reports for clients.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in onboarding both clients and new team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management.
