Job Description
Education: A DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets.
- Conduct detailed cost analyses on expenditures.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers regarding cost matters.
- Prepare and assess tender documents for projects.
- Identify potential cost risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Manage scope changes through thorough cost impact analyses.
Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, proficiency in cost estimation software, and strong analytical and communication skills.
