Job Description
A.R. Brothers is urgently seeking a confident and articulate Call Centre Agent to join our customer support team. This remote position requires occasional on-site presence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and have a strong customer-centric approach to manage both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to incoming calls and address inquiries.
