Job Description

Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently looking for a seasoned General Manager of Factory Operations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology, along with at least 10 years of experience in the FMCG/food industry, specifically in managerial positions that encompass production, engineering, and supply chain management.

The responsibilities of this role include overseeing production, engineering maintenance, supply chain operations, and inventory management, while ensuring the achievement of local and export monthly order targets. A demonstrable history of success and strong references are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 monthly

Work Location: In-person; candidates must be able to commute to the SITE Area.
