Job Description
Xeosol Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Associate to enhance our sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and possess a genuine passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and assist with product selection.
- Identify customer needs and make suitable product recommendations.
- Clearly explain product features and pricing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Process POS transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Matric; Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
