Job Description
ASK Development, a renowned telecommunications company, is seeking to hire a Customer Care Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with accurate information and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answering customer calls.
- Addressing customer queries and complaints.
- Processing customer orders and payments.
- Managing and updating customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and six months of customer service experience are required. This position is based in Islamabad.
