Job Description
Caps IT Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an HR Executive. We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in HR software, and strong communication capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources and will support HR Managers throughout the recruitment process, including the seamless onboarding of new employees.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations effectively.
- Maintain and update employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Coordinate various HR projects and address inquiries from staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
