Job Description
Location: Makani Marketing, G-11 Markaz, Islamabad
Salary: Target-based + Commission
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented individuals to join our thriving real estate team as Sales Executives. The ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in client management, property sales, and consistently meet monthly sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, social media, and walk-ins
- Present property options to clients, both residential and commercial
- Conduct site visits and close sales
- Regularly meet assigned sales targets
- Develop and sustain client relationships to encourage future referrals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated team player
- Must reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
